Billsboro Rieslings!

If your not familiar with this winery, you’de be wise to take a second look at this Seneca Lake addition!  I got the chance to taste their two Rieslings at an industry tasting the other day and was very impressed with both of them. 

Dry Riesling- has nice flavors of citrus (like tangerines and lemon) and is a little slatey.  Really nice acidity to it also!

Riesling- also has nice citrus flavors, peaches and is a little sweeter than its dry counterpart, but with that nice acidity to balance it out, the sweetness is cut back a little.
